Le Poème
This is a poem
Golden sunsets and girls who look like angels.
Waters glistening with reflections of stone.
Light chases street corners and peers into cosy stores.
The scent of fresh bread rises above brisk air,
Falling through open windows, into bedrooms with sleepy people.
Though they wake, their dreams carry on.
To new places, and familiar faces they have never seen.
In the city, buildings are crowded with laughter and quiet tears.
Busy bodies stroll to and from, with everything and nothing to do.
All things change, yet much remains the same.
The sleepy people must deal,
And such is life.

Yo Alvin, I really like your poem man!
